Keyboard shortcuts don't work

Description

Pressing this shortcut does not toggle the theme
Also, “Force save” and toggling off and back on the "Enable hotkeys" do not fix the issue

Expected Behavior

It should toggle the theme

After trying to register a shortcut, I get the following error:

Thank you for your issue! This is an existing problem and has been solved in the Beta version. You can try: Settings-> Select Update Version ->Beta to switch to the beta version.
