Add “Do not switch” rule when connected to specific Wi-Fi (SSID) or at a saved location

Please add an option to prevent Auto Dark Mode from switching themes when I’m connected to certain Wi-Fi networks or when I’m at a specific location. When I leave that Wi-Fi/location, switching should resume normally. E.g. when I'm on the way it's very useful to have auto dark mode when I'm disconnected from the power, but when I'm at home I want it to stay consistently in light mode.

Alternatives considered
Turning off auto switching entirely ("Force light theme"), but that only works until next time I connect the charger again. Or if that wouldn't be the case, then I would need to remember to disable this "Force light theme", which would be even more inconvenient.

Damn, that's something I never thought about, and never expected as issue. But it's kinda cool :D

Im curious of the Windows API is still able to provide a reliable location access for determining if a user enters or leaves a location. It was definitely possible with Windows Phone, but in recent times Microsoft sacrificed the Map APIs for Azure APIs.

Yep, that sounds like a pretty useful feature to have.

For SSIDs:

Many smart home apps like HomeAssistant also offer zone detection features with Wi-Fi location, and they're really practical.
From the backend side, this should be pretty doable if we can figure out how to query for that.
And for the frontend we probably just need a modifyable list to add and remove SSIDs.

for Location:

Would hold up on that for now and focus on the SSID feature first, as that should be the easiest to ship.

I would decide between WiFi SSID or Location.
Then I would say: if this is easier, we should do only WiFi.
