Windows .dll monolithic libraries unsupported.

Describe the bug
When trying to build arnold-usd with a monolithic USD build on windows, building fails due to it looing for "usd_ms.lib" (which is static in windows)

Hi, I'm directly building with cmake for compatibility with Blender. Currently the build works on Linux however Windows is fussy about the .dll.

Thanks for those precisions. Does usd built with blender have a pxrConfig.cmake file somewhere ? It the USD configuration and now cmake can and will try to read it. Could you also leave the full error message you get ? Thanks !

On linux you can find all of blender's pre-built libraries here: https://projects.blender.org/blender/lib-linux_x64/src/branch/main
Linux doesn't come with any pxrConfig.cmake (which is annoying)

Windows has a pxrConfig.cmake

This is the error im getting:

It looks like usd_ms.lib does exists but for some reason cmake is not pointing to the right location ? Could you try to open the CMakeCache.txt file and look for usd_ms.lib in it. Does it have a global path ?

From what I remember I think it's looking for a different kind of .lib

Correct me if im wrong, but the code seems to be configured for linux and doesnt handle monolithic .dll builds. Which means it's looking at the static windows .lib and not the dynamic shared one.
