Selecting #000000 appears to take 3 attempts

Using chrome (32.0.1700.41) and http://automattic.github.io/Iris/, when I try to select black (`#000`) by clicking in the iris square and dragging to the bottom left i'm given the color (`#0f0f0f`). Releasing the mouse and trying again gives me color (`#070707`). Finally, after trying a third time I'm given the right color.
