How to tell harper to ignore an entire markdown file?

I did not find anything in the docs, ideally I want to do:

1. either pass a list of files to ignore into server config
2. ignore files that have the yaml header setting harper: false

Hi, sorry for the late response, we currently don't have a way to ignore entire files yet. But if you'd like support for this, feel free to file an issue so it can be queued. Though, no promises that it will be implemented quickly.
