Is there a roadmap of features currently being worked on, planned to be worked on soon, and wished to ultimately have?

I've read the architecture docs but it's very brief.

Can it be fleshed out a bit. For instance some of the things I mention when commenting on issues are things which I don't know the status of.

• Are they already in the codebase somewhere?
• Are people working on them?
• Are people planning to implement them?
• Has nobody considered them before?

Such as:

• Other languages
• Regional support for English
