Add rule to exclude checking for [[links]]

What problem does this solve?
My links often to contain complete or correct grammar, since I sometimes use citation keys from Zotero, and then files have names such as Smith2020Thing which of course isn't a valid word.

Proposed Solution
Add a rule to stop checking inside [[square brackets]].

Having exclude regex feature would be awesome in the Obsidian plugin.

Since I'm using #tags-for-something what may not meet with English rules, or @MentionSomeone where Harper also wants to apply some fix, and the original issue with wiki-links could be also solved.

I don't think any static settings would be enough, since there's planty of plugins, so I recommend to implement a simple exclude pattern setting which could eat regex.
