add an X Pixel - 'More information' link points to Facebook

Describe the bug
When viewing the option to add the X pixel (formerly known as Twitter pixel) to your site. There is a link presented t get this information. Clicking the link, however, sends youto Facebook - not X

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Wp-Admin
2. Click on Newspack
3. Scroll down to Settings
4. Select the Social Tab
5. Select the X Pixel Slider - this opens the input box to input your X Pixel and unhides the text
6. "The X Pixel ID. You only need to add the number, not the full code. Example: 123456789123456789. You can get this information [here]"
7. Clicking 'here' sends you to (https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/pixel/facebook_pixel). - A link such as https://business.x.com/en/help/campaign-measurement-and-analytics/conversion-tracking-for-websites may be a better option?
