Support old pixels from ga / ga3 #215
Description
Currently all links that were previously using pixel with _GET['ga'] or _GET['ga3'] will not load pixel, but full page.
This in the end could cause lot's of requests with republished article that gets many views.
No need to send events to GA - just handle old links with pixel.
