Release testing instructions for WC Payments 6.2.0

Fraud & Risk Tools Discoverability Banner Updated Options

The 'Remind Me Later' option on the Fraud and Risk Tools discoverability banner has been removed, leaving only the 'Learn more' and 'Dismiss' buttons.

Testing instructions:

1. Navigate to the WCPay Overview page: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fpayments%2Foverview
2. You should see the discoverability banner displayed at the top of the page with a 'Learn more' button and a 'Dismiss' button. It should look like the screenshot below.

3. Navigate to any other page in the wp-admin, after that page loads, navigate back to the WCPay Overview page. The banner should display as it did before.
4. Click the 'Dismiss' button. The banner should disappear.
5. Navigate to any other page in the admin, after that page loads, navigate back to the WCPay Overview page. The banner should not render.
