Add quotes reaction and display style options to block

Introduces support for a new 'quotes' reaction type and adds block style options for 'facepile' and 'compact' display modes. Updates the block's attributes, example, and styles, and synchronizes the display style with the block's className. Also refactors the rendering logic to support the new display styles and reaction type.
