Add TheOnlyMobcoins support :)

Hii,

Please could support for TheOnlyMobcoins be added? I know that eco already supports TMMobcoins, but for servers that use MythicMobs, TMM is not compatible. By allowing TOM to be supported it allows servers that use MM and Mobcoins to make the most out of the mobcoins related features of Eco.
