Introduce an Address Book feature for managing regular recipients

I'd like to propose a new feature for our platform – the addition of an Address Book. This feature would greatly enhance user convenience by allowing for the easy management and storage of frequently used recipient addresses.

The feature could include:

• The ability to add, edit, and delete addresses.
• Options to label addresses for easy identification.
• Integration into the transaction process for quick selection.
• A section for adding watch-only wallets to monitor balances and activity.
