Fix DatePicker TimePicker dialogs

Currently this dialogs completely broken - datepicker shows transparent window, timepicker - empty dialog.

Look for the number of this issue in the project code base.

sorry I was busy recently and I can't focusing on maintaining project work due to my problems in life. Also, I had an attempt to trying to rewrite the dialog thing (PR #458) but I'm lost the idea to standardise the API now. Its not that hard to make those dialog actually, but we need smth easy to use API to expose it and functionality.
