Scrollviewer performance issues

Hi, im trying the treedatagrid atm for a project and noticed that the scrollviewer performance is not what i like to deploy to my users. my question is if this is a known issue and what i can do against it. If i compare it to my old WPF application with the syncfusion datagrid then there is a huge difference, its in fact a showstopper for my applciation. Im not using any complicated cell templates at all, jsut textblocks

interestingly, scrolling from left to right is better than from right to left
