📌 Request for Documentation Translation to Indonesian

I’d like to help translate the project documentation into Indonesian to make it more accessible to users from Indonesia. Currently, I see documentation available in other languages, but there doesn’t seem to be an Indonesian version yet.

I can assist by:
✅ Translating key documents accurately.
✅ Contributing in the format that aligns with the repository.
✅ Collaborating with the team to ensure correctness and clarity.

Are there any specific guidelines I should follow for translations? I’m open to suggestions and would love to hear feedback from the community. 😊

Hey @4syr ,

We're very proud that Avalonia is loved all around the globe 🌎. We also want to thank you that you want to help us making Avalonia more accessible for your location. This is really appreciated.

However, from other localized docs we can see that this is not as easy as we initially thought it would be.

• how can we make sure that updates and corrections made in the en docs are catched up for localized docs?
• what happens if we want to restructure a section? How can we make sure it is done in all translations accordingly?
• In fact we would need someone taking care just about docs and the maintenance. Sadly our team is too small to handle that
• AI translated docs would be an alternative where we think its better to do that on own purpose since you can use whatever App works best for you.

The above points are my personal feelings about translations of the main docs. Talking about this repo (Avalonia.Samples), we have no plans to provide any localization even. This would require a different infra and means we would have to separate the ReadMe files out of each project. However, everyone can clone this repo and just translate the ReadMe files. I would be open to link to your fork if you want to do so. Maintaining your fork would be completely up to you.
