Stop tablet pen from panning ScrollViewer

Hello everyone, I'm building a whiteboard application with Avalonia and currently stuck on how to make it work properly with drawing tablets
The 'whiteboard' is housed in a ScrollViewer control and the tablet pen keeps panning it whenever I try to draw something.

I want to basically stop that whole automatic panning logic, the tablet pen should stop panning the scroll viewer
