Attempts to address AvaloniaUI#685 and AvaloniaUI/Avalonia#18887 I think I've gone a bit too far and removed information that might actually be correct and useful. But I think two things are most immediately important: - remove docs that are significantly wrong - explain how to use an embedded font

Fwiw I'm still pretty new to Avalonia, and have no experience with eg WPF to draw on. I may still be misunderstanding the font feature, including embedded fonts!
