Project Target API outdated

The solution is currently targeting Target API version 2+ Beta X. Solution should be updated to target API version 3.

That is only if you have upgraded. I have done that, but I don't know how many have. It is easy enough to target your solution to you current usage of the SDK. There should be a note in the readme that says how to do this though.
