Implement a user customized theme setting

In this theme setting, we have to figure out a way to provide the users with the option of selecting a color theme and accordingly change font colors. Also it has to be kept in mind that the module remains compact as it is now. So the goal is to implement this functionality without taking up much space.

What I have understood that the End-user will select a Customize Checkbox and then the background and font colors by some kind of color palette. and the existing switch will not work at that time. Is it right, or is there something else?

@darkmatter18 Since we have already implemented a multiple theme option in one another issue so along with that we will provide a custom input too. There are many ways to do it. One way is to provide a checkbox with the switch dropdown. Now if the user ticks the checkbox a custom color selector will appear for both background and text separately. The user can select his choices there and it will be simultaneously reflected on the screen.
Now from the UI perspective there are many ways to do this, you can further discuss what you've planned so far.
