Jumping to a post hides the post on pages with new posts and then the baby looked at me

Apparently if you get a link to a post and go to it, and that page has new posts on it, you still get the behaviour where the old posts are hidden. Which means you can't see the post, and if you show the old posts you're probably not looking at the one you wanted
