Refactor how the app applies themes

> Please make an option to do theming based around which css include is present in a thread (list) instead of a hardcoded mapping so I can apply styles to forums and automatically propagate them to the app. byob.css, fyad.css, and 219(a).css shouldn't be too hard to scrape for right?
