Parameter value previews and quick value sets

I think we want users to be able to see the actual value that they are setting parameters to.

I suggest that we have a custom tooltip that follows any parameter interactions (follows cursor), which displays the current value of whatever the user is modifying. In addition, the tooltip should stick around for a moment. If the user tries to interact with it, they can edit the value directly in the tooltip. This is very similar to what is seen in AudioTool

I still think we should have the option to change a parameter's current value in the dot's menu in addition to this feature.

Holy damn, that app is so much like what I viewed ours to become. Drag in new stuff from the menu on the right. Their connections look great. Exactly what I was thinking for the tooltips. Aaaaahhhhhhhhhh
