[new-cmodel] Rendering issues on Wayland

My setup: RTX 2070 Super GPU, AMD Ryzen 7 3700x CPU
Display driver: nvidia-driver-515
OS: Ubuntu 22.04
DE: Gnome 42 (Wayland)

There is no title bar on the application window. Black colors are rendered as transparent (stuff behind window can be seen) and it appears the previous frame isn't removed and the next frame is drawn on top of the other making the brightness increase for every frame.

Note: I had to take pics and video with my phone in order to actually see the effect.
