Memory leak ax_parameter_get.

I suspect a memory leak when calling ax_parameter_get with a parameter name that does not exist.

I tested it with the parameter Image.I0.Overlay.MaskWindows.M10.Enabled.

Now I have:
AXIS OS: 12.5.56
ACAP SDK: 12.4.0

The Axis OS release 12.7 includes a fix for the reported issue. You can test it and confirm that the problem is resolved.
