Figure out how to disable input to `atlas-map` while typing in fields

Because WASD are mapped to movement (as well as the arrow keys) and there's not a good way of telling when the map does not have focus, when someone is typing in a field (like to register or login), the map will scroll when they press any of those mapped keys.
