I made a tailscale widget

It displays an icon for your menubar/panel showing tailscale connection state, and if you click it you can choose an exit node (or no exit node.)

It just uses the GTK icons, I didn't make special tailscale logo ones.

It comes with a service for interacting with the tailscale CLI, so the scaffolding is there to extend it with other functionality. Hope it proves useful.
