[FEATURE] Access events in Aztec.nr tests

Problem Statement

I am creating an app that allows users to send secret messages: the sender is private and the message is encrypted. To test this app in Aztec.nr, I would need to be able to access the events e.g. in Foundry expectEmit and then you can pass the topics (this is ugly so we should do it better;) )
