How to add cache control headers to stored blobs?

I'm sorry if this is not the right place, but I was wondering how to make sure the stored blobs have a cache control that makes sense? Right now the blobs are uploaded without cache-control.

Recently added support for it to the flysystem driver (the laravel driver wraps this driver). https://github.com/Azure-OSS/azure-storage-php-adapter-flysystem?tab=readme-ov-file#http-headers

Would need to look into how I can do the same for laravel

Is the laravel filesystem config passed to the buildUploadOptionsFromConfig of the wrapped driver? How?
