[Feature]: Add Private Link to Azure Container Apps #10

Describe the feature
Presently, Azure Container Apps (ACA) provides the backend for the real APIs via public or VNet ingress. ACA has recently added functionality for Private Link (PL) connections, which would be another good architecture to demonstrate.
Improvement to Project
The Private Link functionality would be very useful to show in the Azure Front Door -> APIM (via PL) -> ACA scenario. While APIM's egress on VNet itself is common, showing a pure PL setup is something I haven't seen a lot in demos yet. This could be a great reference for both APIM and ACA connecting together easily.
