[Bug]: AuthX-Pro Uses wrong Policy XML #67

Describe the bug
The AuthX-pro sample references a REQUIRE_PRODUCT_XML_POLICY_PATH which does not exist. Presently, the bicep gently falls back to the default XML.
To Reproduce
- Examine the authX-pro sample's create.ipynb for
REQUIRE_PRODUCT_XML_POLICY_PATH. - Run the sample, then examine the API's All Operations policies.
Expected behavior
AuthX-Pro should use an API Management subscription key (#66) and use a policy XML that asserts the HR product.
