4-minute interval reconnection issue

Minimal steps to reproduce

Open Windows Voice Assistant Client
Enter the necessary information to connect to your bot
Speak to your bot for about 4 minutes without any reconnects
Windows Voice Assistant Client restarts the dialog and refreshes all temporary information (it 'reconnects' after 4 minutes)

Any log messages given by the failure

No log messages given by failure, it simply restarts as if being reconnected

Expected/desired behavior

Able to talk to the bot for as long as desired with no reconnects until the user specifies they are done
