Server error 500 on new HD voices

I was using the new HD voices, but yesterday I started getting server error 500 and they don't work anymore. There is no detail to the errors in the azure logs.

HD audio is currently only supported in the US East, Southeast Asia, and Western Europe regions. Please check your region.
