Http proxy parameters not detected in french version of Win 10

Minimal steps to reproduce

When using this script in a non english system, the winHttp proxy settings are not recognised.
The script is trying to search the string Proxy Bypass List :, but the system respond with Serveur(s) proxy :

Expected/desired behavior

Execute the netsh winhttp show proxycommand in english context.

OS and Version?

Windows 10 Entreprise 21H2 French

I have a similar problem in the German Windows version. I had to change in line 45 the query from:

$global:ProxyServer -eq "Direct access (no proxy server).

to

$global:ProxyServer -eq "DirectAccess (kein Proxyserver).
