Pattern for utilizing bootstrap addons in child clusters

Raising this as an issue as discussions are not enabled.

What are others using to utilize the same bootstrap addon app sets within the child clusters? To pass through the required bootstrap metadata for cert manager, external dns etc

The original gitops bridge pattern doesn't really have any design around this as pointed out by David gitops-bridge-dev/gitops-bridge#73 (comment)

I am thinking a small wrapper helm chart that mimics the secret etc that the gitops bridge terraform module creates? Deployed via HelmChartProxy.
