Does not work with current SDK (9.3.1, 9.6.0, 1.57.0-preview)

Describe the bug
Updated the packages to current versions breaks this sample. It is difficult to apply this code to solutions which are up to date.

Impact
This is a great first cut for AI Foundry support for Aspire. Thank you.
However, with the current SDK and limited documentation I cannot get this to work. 2 particular problems are

1. The current SDK expects URLs rather than connection strings, but the project that is created in Foundry has a connection string.
2. I cannot find a solution to get the bing grounding connection id.

To Reproduce
Update packages to current release/preview versions.

Expected behaviour
Solution builds and runs and is able to find and connect to the provisioned project, model and Bing Grounding connection.

Actual behaviour
30 Errors reported.
