VOE get the wrong Iteration ID from Custom Vision

Minimal steps to reproduce

1. Go to Custom Vision do Training and Custom Vision will create new Iteration ID.

2. after training type "docker logs -n 100 webmodule" see the VOE get iteration ID.

Any log messages given by the failure

1. is already queued for export

2. VOE use other Iteration ID

Expected/desired behavior

Get the Currect Iteration ID from Custom Vision.
