No Azure OpenAI embeddings service is defined

i am following low cost installation guide and got this error while using OpenAI embeddings

Any log messages given by the failure

Can't add vectorizer to search index <prepdocslib.strategy.SearchInfo object at 0x7558cb95c950> since no Azure OpenAI embeddings service is defined

Expected/desired behavior

the documents should get added in index.

OS and Version?

Windows 7, 8 or 10. Linux (which distribution). macOS (Yosemite? El Capitan? Sierra?) I am using Ubuntu

Hm, did you enable integrated vectorization? Assuming you didn't, then this is likely my fault, and I am calling that code path when I shouldn't be.

By the way, I don't think OpenAI is actually cheaper than Azure OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI no longer requires a form, so it might be just as easy to use Azure OpenAI.

As we are using openai api for chat completion we need to provide the embedding with the same api as well.
Also, there is a one more problem if we have parsed file present in folder then it is skipping the file processing.

To reprocess these files, simply delete the .md5 file(s).

Closing as I don't think we've run into this issue recently, and we didn't find a root cause.
