How to add new environment variables in app settings when doing azd up again

Hi!

This is probably something that anyone could answer very quickly, but I can't seem to find it!

Where in the files (I assume it is somewhere in the bicep files) can I find where it is being determined which environment variables are going to be visible in the app settings in Azure after running azd up or provision?

A few more get optionally added on for ACA/App Service if you're using user login.

Those parameters get set based off main.parameters.json:

We typically use azd env set with the env variable names in that file, in order to change the parameters sent into the Bicep.
