How to deploy code for Continuous Collaboration in the team ?

Hi Pamella/Team,
Just wanted a quick overview as to how should I deploy this code to enable proper collaboration as team, as we using this code for application as a Template to build upon.
Should I add the credentials to the Azure Environment in the mai.parameters.json file and then run azd up, so that it can provision the resources of our RG that we are using, or is there any other way ?

The users with Contributor Role, are not able to retrieve the deployments.
Error :
ERROR: getting deployment: error retrieving state: retrieving deployment: 'DigiLib': no deployments found
What should be the next steps ?
