Internal Server Error with Citation Functionality

The application is primarily functioning as expected; however, I am encountering an issue with the citation feature. When trying to access a citation by clicking on its link, an error message appears:
"Internal Server Error: The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application."

This error suggests that there might be an issue with the server handling the citation requests, possibly due to overload or a configuration problem. I am able to use other functions of the app without any problems, so this issue appears isolated to the citation link. The error disrupts the workflow and hinders access to necessary resources via the citation links.

Are you encountering the issue locally or in production? If you can reproduce it locally, then you can look at the server logs and see what issue it's having. If it's in production, you'll need to check the logs for the host (Container Apps, by default).

Either way, the logs should contain the full traceback for the exception, which can help debug. I can't help without more information.
