Feature Request: Add support for MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers

Please add support for integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers in the demo. This would allow the backend to communicate with MCP endpoints, handle OAuth 2.1 PKCE authentication, and use MCP tool invocations as a data source alongside Azure AI Search.

This integration will enhance the demo by enabling retrieval and context augmentation from MCP-compliant servers, following the MCP protocol standards for endpoints and auth.
