AZD UP failure

When deploying azure sample code I get the following failure below. Last week it worked fine.

All parameters are case-insensitive.

I'm seeing this issue as well. It started happening right after upgrading from azd 1.20.0 to 1.20.2.

Using 1.20.0 from https://github.com/Azure/azure-dev/releases resolves the problem for me.

@esmith-kgsgroup I can't get what I have to do to fix the issue.

A workaround is to download version 1.20.0 and use the downloaded executable to run azd up
I don't know what the proper way to fix the problem is. Something in the project needs to change, or there's a bug in azd version 1.20.2

Yes, the azd team has a fix for this, but its not out yet. You can download the pre-release, or manually run "azd provision" followed by "azd up". I'll merge this into the existing issue.
