Postprovision hook fails --> quick fix

Hi,

when I run the fresh sample demo

• azd env new
• azd auth login
• azd up

I get following error:

raise RuntimeError('Event loop is closed')
RuntimeError: Event loop is closed

ERROR: error executing step command 'provision': failed running post hooks: 'postprovision' hook failed with exit code: '1', Path: 'C:\Users\DELL\AppData\Local\Temp\azd-postprovision-2023368826.ps1'. : exit code: 1

To fix:
Running azd deploy makes the demo app work.

Do you use login and document access level? (https://github.com/Azure-Samples/azure-search-openai-demo/blob/main/docs/login_and_acl.md)
It seems there is something broken regarding this issue.
It seems that the sources cannot be accessed anymore and the filter is empty (no OID filters):

Hi Ben,
no login and document access level. (but it also fails with login and document access level)

For now JUST the basic sample demo as shown in the readme:

1. azd env new
2. azd auth login
3. azd up
