Deployment fails with "InvalidPrincipalId: A valid principal ID must be provided for role assignment" (Owner role assigned)

I am trying to deploy the project using azd up, but the deployment fails with the following error, even though my Azure account has the "Owner" role.

Deployment Error Details:

@bnodir Can you look at the Portal deployment page to see if there's an indication of which Bicep module deployment caused that error? I see that it happened right after the Function App's, so I wonder if it's a deployment with a dependency on the Function Apps - maybe the Entra app registration?
