load time is high

I added the application into a SharePoint quick link and for the first load it takes more than 30 second for the website to lunch.
is there a way to reduce the number significantly?

I have upgraded the workload profile of the container app to D32 and still having that high load time. is there other things I need to scale up?

What is your min replicas set to? Is the load time only high when it is warming up a replica for the first time?
