Frontend support to switch between indexes

Expected/desired behavior

It would be very neat to have a frontend dropdown to be able to switch between indexes (alternatively a multiselect dropdown on what "cateogires" of document to include), this would make it easyier to develop and test the application on different sets of data.

@stahlit We don't have support for this in the main branch yet, but I know multiple developers have implemented it, so it's certainly possible with some work. For example, see the discussion in #850

The developer settings now have a way to specify which categories to include, which is one way of achieving similar functionality (by splitting based off category, not index).

You can also use azd env set AZURE_SEARCH_INDEX to change the index between server restarts.

We will soon add multi-index selection using the new AI Search agentic retrieval feature, which is also related.

We do not yet have exactly this feature however, so I will leave this issue open.
