`finalName` parameter not allowed in maven-jar-plugin configuration

`<finalName>` element should under `<project>/<build>` rather than `<maven-jar-plugin>` since maven 3.0

I can see old pattern in `pom.xml` under https://github.com/Azure-Samples/Azure-Spring-Cloud-Samples/tree/master/hystrix-turbine-sample. I believe there are more.
