Purpose

• This pull request updates several dependencies and workflows, improves automation reliability, and makes minor codebase adjustments. The most significant changes are grouped below:

CI/CD Workflow and Dependency Updates:

• Updated versions of several GitHub Actions to their latest major releases, including setup-python (v6), setup-node (v5), github-script (v8), download-artifact (v5), semantic-release-action (v4), lychee-action (v2.6.1), stale (v10), and others for better maintenance and new features. Automation and Reliability Improvements:

• Increased propagation wait time in the deployment workflow from 5 minutes to 25 minutes to reduce flakiness in post-deployment steps.
• Improved extraction and handling of deployment URLs in the CI workflow by sorting and deduplicating log output, renaming environment variables for clarity (WEB_WEBSITE_URL → FRONTEND_WEBSITE_URL), and updating references throughout the workflow. [1] [2] [3] [4]

Notification Enhancements:

• Added email subject lines to pipeline failure notifications for quota check and deployment failures, making alerts clearer and easier to track. [1] [2]

Python Environment Setup:

• Updated .devcontainer/setupEnv.sh to upgrade poetry and poetry-plugin-export during installation for consistent local development environments.

Backend Code Adjustments:

• Updated semantic_kernel.py to use FunctionChoiceBehavior instead of the deprecated FunctionCallBehavior, and refactored chat history handling to pass a string instead of a ChatHistory object. [1] [2] [3]
• Changed the st.data_editor parameter in 04_Configuration.py from use_container_width=True to width='stretch' for improved UI flexibility.
