Debug `albumapi` fail in VS Code

Describe the issue:
When using VS Code, Run and Debug according to README.md, the error is as follows:

Repro Steps:

1. Clone the code to local and load this folder in VS Code.
2. In the Run and Debug menu, selected "All services", and Press Start Debugging (F5)

Environment:

• OS: Windows desktop.

Expected behavior:
Debug can pass.
